The Department of Energy’s Energy Frontiers Research Centers (EFRCs) is a research program of the U.S. Department of Energy that brings together creative, multidisciplinary, and multi-institutional teams of scientific researchers to address the toughest challenges at the forefront of fundamental energy science research.
With over 1,800 researchers involved, collaboration and communication within the community is key.
Xeno Media designed and developed Drupal systems - from Drupal 6 to the current Drupal 10 system to address the following needs:
- Central repository for EFRC data and communications
- Management and communication around key meetings and related contests
- Comprehensive database of academic papers published by the EFRCs with user-submitted content
- Newsletter publishing with MailChimp integration
